Step 1 of 3

What do you need done?
  • You pick one pro or up to three. Shared requests can go to as many as three businesses. Exclusive requests go to one.
  • You hire and pay the pro. NashHomePros does not do the work and does not charge you for the request.
  • Ranges on this site are estimates. A typical house wash is about $250–$600. A small handyman visit is often $150–$300. Neither figure is a quote.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Pick the trade, the service, the ZIP code, and a rough budget. Add enough detail that a pro can tell if the job fits.

  2. 02

    Get matched with local pros

We share your request with one business, or with up to three, based on the choice you checked. They contact you the way you asked.

  3. 03

    Compare and hire

You compare what they propose, ask about license and insurance, and hire only if you want to. We do not do the work and we do not charge you for the request.

What “vetted” means here

We connect Nashville homeowners with independent, vetted local pros.

Before a pro can buy leads, we collect the business name, trade, service area, and contact details, and we ask whether they want shared leads, exclusive leads, or both. We do not publish star ratings, reviews, job counts, or years in business. We do not guarantee a license or an insurance policy. Ask the pro and confirm it before you hire.

Questions

Do you do the work yourselves?

No. NashHomePros is a referral service operated by Patrick Wenner. We connect Nashville homeowners with independent, vetted local pros. The pro does the work. You hire and pay that pro directly.

What does vetted mean here?

Before a pro can buy leads, we collect the business name, trade, service area, and contact details, and we ask whether they want shared leads, exclusive leads, or both. We do not publish star ratings or reviews. We do not guarantee that a pro is licensed or insured for your job. Confirm that yourself before you hire.

How many pros will contact me?

You choose on the form. Up to 3 pros means your request may be shared with as many as three businesses. 1 matched pro only means we offer it to one business. You are not placed on a public directory.

Is requesting a quote free?

Yes. NashHomePros does not charge homeowners to send a request. The pro sets the price for the work. Any dollar range on this site is a planning estimate, not a quote.

Why do you ask for a budget range?

In Davidson and Rutherford counties, home-improvement work of $3,000 or more generally requires a Tennessee home improvement license, and work of $25,000 or more requires a state contractor license. A rough range helps us avoid sending a small-job handyman a project that needs a licensed contractor. Other counties differ. This is not legal advice.

Which areas do you cover?

Nashville plus Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Nolensville, and Goodlettsville, and communities including Antioch, Hermitage, East Nashville, Green Hills, Bellevue, Donelson, Sylvan Park, and The Nations.

Do you publish reviews or job counts?

No. This site does not publish testimonials, star ratings, years-in-business claims, or counts of completed jobs.
